Oftentimes shopping online can be a little daunting, particularly with hand-made or tailored pieces. It is important to choose carefully when purchasing from Bruvel as each piece belongs to a very small batch or has been created especially for you. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, custom measurements, and size tweaks via Instagram or at contact@bruvel.com.au - we are happy to assist.
For this reason, we offer a direct size exchange only if your Bruvel piece doesn’t quite fit. Please email contact@bruvel.com.au to organise a size exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
We take great pride in our handmade garments, and faulty items are a rarity. However, if you do find a fault in your purchase, please email us at contact@bruvel.com.au with a description and photo. We will do our best to facilitate your desired outcome.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Aus Post or Internationally via DHL. An email will be waiting in your inbox with your tracking details once shipped. Please allow a maximum of ten days pre-shipping for garment creation, if you need your shorts or pants by a specific date please email contact@bruvel.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
Bruvel is not responsible for the cost of returning a purchase, we do not reimburse duties or taxes for international orders. We recommend sending returns with a trackable service as Bruvel is not liable for any items lost in transit.
